Foreign mission in India from European nations observed Europe Day 2018 at Taj Hotel, New Delhi.
EU delegation in Delhi for organising a number of events and to everyone who made it a great success. Special thanks go to Guest of Honour Mr. M J Akbar, Minister of state for External Affairs of India for gracing the occasion with his presence.
The Europe day was celebrated in the auspicious presence of Guest of Honour Mr. M J Akbar, Minister of state for External Affairs of India for gracing the occasion with his presence. He gave welcome address with emphasis of two union of paramount importance for the welfare of these two Euroasia giants in market and manufacture economy, two need to join hands to work together for the welfare of global growth.

At summit in October last year, EU & Indian Leaders agreed long term forward looking vision for our Strategic Partnership in the field of political/security & economic/trade coop and People-to-people contacts. This is a reason to celebrate Europe Day with special joy this year!
Europe Day is also occasion for thinking about EU-India relations. India is important partner for EU. We are natural partners! We work closely together to support a rules based international order. We are advanced in coop on trade, investments, energy, ICT, education.
